Orders & Shipping

To place an order, simply

Browse our collection and add items to your cart.

Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details.

Confirm your order and receive a confirmation email.

Orders placed before 12 PM (local time) are processed within 24 hours.

Normal orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

We ship from our warehouses in the USA, Japan, China and the UK. If an item is unavailable in your region, we will ship from the nearest location.

Our standard shipping rates are:

USA, Canada, Japan: $7.00 (5-10 business days)

Europe: $12.99+ (7-15 business days)

Other Countries: $21.99+ (10-20 business days)

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package on our Order Tracking Page or via the carrier’s website.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or courier issues. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at support@fashionglamz.com.

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Any applicable import duties or taxes must be covered by the customer.

Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing an order. After this timeframe, changes may not be possible.
